I’m Tim, mortgage financing advisor at infinmi GmbH – supporting clients across Berlin, Brandenburg and throughout Germany. Empathetic, structured and with a passion for numbers, I guide people on their way to their own home or investment. My path led me from skilled trades to law (LL.B.) to mortgage financing: as a carpenter, I learned the value of precision; in law, the importance of clear structures. But it was here, in financing, where everything came together – mathematics, strategy and direct work with people.
